Shipping

Our delivery logistics team works hard to get your order to you in time and in the best condition. Once you place an order we will send you a confirmation email and begin processing your order. Most orders are shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours. Once shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking details regarding your order. Orders are usually delivered within 1-7 business days. However, delivery time may vary according to locations in India and shipping delays due to current circumstances outside of our control. It is crucial that you provide the correct address, PIN Code and shipping details to ensure a timely delivery. Orders placed before 12 P.M. are shipped same day.

If your order arrives at the address and there is no one to pick up the package, and there is no response from your end, we will inform you about the failed attempt to deliver and schedule another delivery. However, after three failed attempts at delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse, from where you can get it picked manually by hand before 30 days after that the package is scrapped and you have to purchase the product again.

 

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, so kindly keep it safely.
To start a return, you can contact us at care@jewelleryhat.com . If your return is accepted, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Sale items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


You can always exchange your product with a same or lower value different item, shipping and handling charges will be applied. You can only exchange purchased item once. Once the exchange request is placed, we can process the new product only once we receive the original item you bought. After careful quality check for any damages, if the item purchased is fit to be exchanged, we’ll send the new piece you like. This process could take 7-10 business days.

Charges: Rs. 150 will be charged when you request an exchange. This would need to be paid by you in cash at the time of delivery.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to a method available at that time. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Cancellation

In Order to cancel your order kindly reach out to us at care@jewelleryhat.com, if your order is already shipped unfortunately the cancellation cannot be processed at this time and you can return the product with a return request - Kindly read necessary information about returns.

 

Delivery Charges

Orders over Rs. 499/- ( Changed From 799/- to 499/- on 01/03/2023 ) are eligible for free shipping. Your delivery charges will be calculated automatically at the time of checkout depending on your order and location. Order value does not include shipping charges.
We have the right to change the Free Shipping minimum at any time based on promotions and time of the year. 

 

COD (Cash on Delivery)

We provide the option for you to pay by Cash on Delivery for all orders. There is no extra charge in case you choose to pay by this option. Once your order is delivered, you will have to pay the logistics agent the total amount in cash only at the time of delivery. The order will be handed to you only when the full payment is complete. Credit Cards and any online mode of payments are not accepted if you choose cash on delivery payment. Please ensure that you have the exact change for the order, the person delivering the order might not have spare change available.

 

Additional Details COD (Cash on Delivery)

Once you place a cash on delivery order, our team will contact you via the contact details provided by you, your order will be confirmed once we have established a contact with you.
Jewellery Hat has the authority to cancel any cash on delivery order at any time.
In case of societies the package to be collected from the delivery person at the main society gate.

 

Payment Details COD (Cash on Delivery)

All cash on delivery payments to be made directly to the delivery boy.
All cash on delivery payments to be made in cash only, no online transactions or UPI will be accepted.
Package to be delivered only after the cash is received by the delivery team/person.

 

Force Majeure

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

  1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
  2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
  3. Fire, explosion, storm, floor, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other Natural disaster.
  4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
  5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
  6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
